Mark G. Zartarian serves as the Corporate Counsel for a number of businesses, a role he fulfills with extensive legal expertise and dedication. Alongside his corporate work, Mark serves as an educator, having taught contract law to first-year students at Wayne State University Law School, underscoring his deep commitment to legal education and his passion for cultivating the next generation of legal professionals.

Ari Zartarian is a highly accomplished attorney known for his expansive expertise that bridges law, real estate, and international business. With a solid foundation in philosophy and literature from the University of Michigan and advanced literary studies at Harvard, Ari brings a nuanced, analytical approach to his legal practice. His early career saw him in Washington D.C., where he worked directly for a congressman, equipping him with invaluable insights into the legislative process before he earned his Juris Doctorate from Michigan State University College of Law.

Ari's global perspective, strengthened by his studies in international business in Kyoto, Japan, uniquely positions him in a field where cross-border transactions and regulatory complexities are increasingly relevant. He began his post-law career in real estate management, focusing on acquiring multifamily properties. Driven by an entrepreneurial vision, he later founded Folio Offices, a successful coworking space in Michigan, and has since expanded into commercial development, managing a portfolio of multifamily construction projects.

Josh Goldberg is a skilled attorney with a robust background in financial operations, real estate law, and asset management. Josh’s legal career is built on a foundation of practical experience gained through internships with Beztak Properties and Morgan Stanley. At Beztak, he reviewed financial statements for potential acquisitions and monitored construction projects, giving him firsthand insight into real estate development and investment. At Morgan Stanley, he strengthened his analytical skills in wealth management, crafting savings and investment plans and interpreting financial data for clients, experiences that have proven invaluable to his legal practice.

A graduate of Oakland University with a Bachelor’s in finance (2018), Josh went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2023. After passing the Michigan Bar Exam, he became a licensed attorney and joined the Michigan Bar Association. His areas of specialization include real estate law, landlord-tenant law, finance, and accounting, providing clients with an interdisciplinary perspective that blends legal insight with financial expertise.

Beyond the office, Josh is an avid fitness enthusiast, enjoying both weightlifting and running. He also shares his free time with his goldendoodle, Charlie, who is a cherished part of his life.
